AgentIQ Forge helps B2B teams research their market, define their ideal customers, write outreach campaigns and build LinkedIn searches. This policy explains what information we collect to do that, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

In short: we use your information to run your workspace and your subscription. We don’t sell it, we don’t use advertising trackers, payments are handled by Razorpay, and you can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.

1.Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how AgentIQ Forge (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website, create an account, or use the AgentIQ Forge workspace at app.agentiqforge.com (the “Service”). For the information your business puts into its workspace, we act on your behalf to provide the Service; for account, billing and website information, we decide how it is used as described here.

2.Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email address and password when you sign up. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as secure hashes — we cannot see them. We also keep the plan you chose and a record that you accepted our Terms.

Business and workspace information. Your company name, website, a description of what you sell and who you sell to, and anything you or your teammates add or generate in the workspace: intelligence reports, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, campaign content, LinkedIn search strategies and approvals.

Prospect and campaign inputs. If you or AgentIQ Forge on your behalf add information about prospects — such as names, job titles, companies, public profile links, email addresses, statuses or notes — it is stored in your workspace and your Google Sheet. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it.

Team and access information. The people who belong to your workspace, their roles, and (if you use the Google Sheet) the Google account email each person uses to open it.

Billing and subscription information. Your plan, subscription status, billing dates, payment status and Razorpay reference IDs. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or bank login — those are entered on Razorpay’s checkout.

Usage and activity information. Records of actions in your workspace (for example which AI action ran, its credit cost, approvals and changes), AI Credit balances and history, and security and audit logs.

Technical information. When you use the Service, our hosting and database providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs. To prevent abuse of sign-up, login and verification, we keep short-lived counters keyed by a one-way hash of your email address or IP address, not the raw values.

Communications. Messages you send to our support address and our replies.

3.How we use information

  • to create and secure your account, verify your email address and let you reset your password;
  • to provide the Service — store your workspace, run the AI actions you request, keep your Google Sheet up to date and show your results;
  • to process subscriptions and payments, activate your workspace after a verified payment, and manage renewals, failed payments and AI Credits;
  • to keep each workspace isolated, prevent fraud and abuse, and investigate security issues;
  • to send service emails, such as verification, password reset and account or billing notices;
  • to provide support and respond to your requests;
  • to understand and improve the reliability and quality of the Service;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4.AI processing

When you run an AI action, we send the information that action needs — for example your company details, offer and target market, your approved intelligence report and ICP, and your campaign context — to our AI model provider, OpenAI, through its API. The result is saved in your workspace as a draft for you to review.

We send only your own workspace’s information for your actions and check generated output so that details from one workspace do not appear in another. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models of our own. The AI provider processes the data under its own API terms.

5.Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:

  • Supabase — authentication, database and authentication emails.
  • Vercel — website and application hosting.
  • OpenAI — AI model processing for the actions you run.
  • Razorpay — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Google (Google Sheets and Google Drive) — your workspace spreadsheet, which is shared only with the people in your workspace.
  • n8n — the automation service that creates and syncs your Google Sheet.
  • Apify — used for AgentIQ-assisted research to read publicly available company web pages. It is never used to access LinkedIn.
  • Email delivery provider — to send account and service emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or AgentIQ Forge, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

6.Cookies and similar technologies

We use only the cookies needed to run the Service:

  • authentication cookies that keep you signed in and protect your session;
  • short-lived security cookies used while you verify your email or reset your password.

We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Razorpay’s checkout may set its own cookies when you pay, under Razorpay’s policies. If you block cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

7.Security

We protect information with measures including:

  • encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all traffic to the Service;
  • workspace isolation enforced in the database, so every request is checked against the signed-in user’s own workspace;
  • role-based access for Editors and Viewers, with internal tools kept separate from customer accounts;
  • email verification before a workspace is activated, and payment activation only after server-side verification;
  • Google Sheets shared with named people only — never public links.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

8.Data retention

We keep account and workspace information for as long as your account is active. If your subscription ends or a payment fails, we keep your workspace data so you can return to it — it is not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see “Your rights and choices”).

We keep billing and payment records, audit logs and security records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal and security purposes. Short-lived security records, such as sign-up throttling counters, expire on their own. Backups maintained by our providers are overwritten on their own schedules.

9.International processing

AgentIQ Forge is used by businesses in many countries. Our application database is hosted in India (Mumbai region) and our application servers run in the same region, with content delivered through a global network. Some providers — including our AI, email and automation providers — may process information in other countries, such as the United States or member states of the European Union. Where information is transferred, we rely on our providers’ contractual and security commitments to protect it.

10.Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information or your account;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • export workspace data — you can already download ICPs (PDF, JSON) and your Google Sheet (Excel) from the workspace.

To make a request, email support@agentiqforge.com from the email address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. If your workspace belongs to a business, some requests may need to come from that business’s account owner.

Prospects and other third parties. If you are a prospect whose information was added by one of our customers, that customer decides how it is used. You can contact the business that reached out to you, or email us and we will pass your request to them where we can.

11.Account and data deletion

To close your account or delete your workspace, email support@agentiqforge.com. Cancel any active subscription first, or ask us to do it in the same request. We will confirm the request with you, then delete or anonymise your account and workspace data, except information we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or security reasons.

12.Children’s privacy

The Service is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, let account holders know by email or in the Service.

14.Contact
