AI Credits
How AI Credits work
One simple unit
AI work — intelligence reports, ICPs, campaign drafts and LinkedIn searches — is measured in AI Credits, not raw AI tokens. Each action shows its credit cost before it runs.
Included every cycle
Starter includes 2,000 and Growth 5,000 credits each billing cycle. Each paid renewal adds your plan’s credits to your balance, and unused credits carry over while your subscription is active.
Refunded if it fails
If an AI action can’t finish, its credits are returned automatically. A retried request is never charged twice.
Never locked out
If credits run out, only new AI actions pause. Your workspace, approved work, downloads and Google Sheet stay available.

Billing questions
What are AI Credits?
The unit for AI work in AgentIQ Forge. Each AI action — such as generating your ICP or a campaign draft — uses a set number of credits, shown before you run it.
What happens if my credits run out?
Only new AI actions pause until your next renewal adds your plan’s credits. Your workspace, approved work, downloads and Google Sheet remain available.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly in USD through Razorpay’s secure checkout. Your workspace is activated only after the payment is verified on our servers.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes — email support@agentiqforge.com and we’ll change or cancel your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your workspace data is not deleted when a subscription ends or a payment fails.
Can my team access the workspace?
Starter includes 1 user and Growth up to 3. Teammates are invited by email, with Editor or Viewer access to your workspace only.
